What homoeopathy software costs in India (2026)
The published numbers run from free to ₹90,000, and the licensing models differ so much that the sticker prices barely compare. Here they all are — sourced, dated, and with the one-time-versus-subscription arithmetic done in the open.

The one-time licences: repertory software
The classical repertory suites are sold the way professional desktop software has always been sold — a one-time licence, per seat, usually on Windows, with the larger Hompath and RadarOpus packages tied to a USB dongle.

Two figures we deliberately left out: an ₹80,000 Zomeo Ultimate price on an IndiaMART reseller listing (a reseller's page, not verified with the vendor), and RadarOpus package tiers seen on Indian reseller pages without dates. RadarOpus pricing in India generally runs through distributors, and the honest answer to "what does RadarOpus cost right now" is: ₹33,898 onwards per the marketplace listing, and ask the distributor for the rest.

One-time versus subscription, honestly
Divide the one-time prices by a realistic lifespan and the picture changes. Zomeo at ₹45,000 used for five years is ₹750 a month; used for ten, ₹375. RadarOpus at ₹33,898 over five years is about ₹565 a month. If what you need is the library — the repertories and materia medica, on your own desk, indefinitely — a one-time licence you keep forever is a fair buy, and over a long horizon it is the cheaper one. Nobody selling subscriptions should pretend otherwise, so we won't.
What a one-time desktop licence does not do is run a clinic. Appointment booking, online consultations over Google Meet, dose and follow-up reminders, a patient app, a clinic website — these are services that need a server on all the time, which is why every product that offers them charges monthly. The real question is not "one-time or subscription" but which product are you buying: the library, or the clinic? We wrote that distinction up in the landscape article.
Watch two things in the fine print, on both sides of the divide:
- Per-seat and add-on economics on the one-time side. The headline price is per user, and extra books can be paid add-ons. One Indian RadarOpus reviewer's published request was simply: "Price of Add-on packages should be less".
- Metering on the subscription side. Several practice-management subscriptions meter AI tokens or WhatsApp credits per tier (HomeoAxis and HomeoNetix both publish this on their pricing pages, linked above). A metered subscription's real price depends on your usage, not the sticker.
Why price is the sore point in this market
In an international survey of practitioners on repertory software, 46% agreed it is cost-prohibitive for most practitioners (Gray, Pracjek & Straiges, Homeopathy, 2023 — an international figure, not an Indian one; the same survey found 71% say the software adds clear value). And one incumbent has stated its pricing philosophy on the record. Responding to a reviewer in 2019, the Complete Dynamics developer wrote:
"We have to set a price high enough to avoid that lay-homeopaths will start using it."
That is a legitimate philosophy, stated candidly, and we quote it without mockery. Ours is the opposite: Homoeoclinics is priced so that a BHMS graduate opening a practice in a small town can run the whole clinic on it — ₹999 a month, everything included, half that for the first three months. We are not the cheapest option in the tables above and do not claim to be; we are the one where the price includes both the clinic and the classical corpus, with nothing metered.
