Choosing homoeopathy practice software in India (2026)

First, we make Homoeoclinics, one of the products on this page. So every claim here, about others and about us, has a source and a date. And where someone else is the better buy, we say so. If a figure has gone out of date, tell us and we will fix it.

Two different products, one label

Search for homoeopathy software and you will see two kinds of product mixed together.

• Repertory software is the library. Hompath’s Zomeo, RadarOpus, Complete Dynamics, Similia, Synergy and CARA are mainly repertories and materia medica on a screen. Some add a patient module, but the books are the product. Most are sold as a one-time desktop licence, ₹33,898 to ₹90,000, or as a reading subscription.
• Practice software is the clinic. HomeoAxis, HomeoAI, HomeoNetix, Dotphi, Clinicea and others handle appointments, records, billing and messages. Almost none of them carries a real set of classical repertories. Where they help with remedies at all, it is usually through an AI tool.

A practice needs both halves. A repertory licence will not remind a patient to come back. A clinic system will not tell you what Kent graded under a rubric. Most confusion in this market comes from lists that rank both kinds together, as if they were the same thing.

Every option, priced and sourced

Prices are as published on the linked page, on the date shown. A one-time licence and a subscription are hard to compare directly, so we work that out in the pricing article.

Left out on purpose: SAMPaRK Dr (its website did not open when we checked on 31 August 2026, so we could not confirm a price), an ₹80,000 Zomeo figure from a reseller listing on IndiaMART, and undated RadarOpus packages on reseller pages. We would rather leave a row out than print a number we could not check. Also, many “top 10” lists for these searches are affiliate pages, and at least one says it may be paid for its picks. Read them with that in mind.

The question most tables skip: where do the suggestions come from?

Once you use a product every day, this matters more than the feature list. There are two kinds on sale in India today:

• A repertory search works from the books. The same case gives the same list every time, and each row can tell you which book it came from.
• An AI chatbot gives you a fluent answer. But it may not give the same answer twice, and it cannot always point to a real page.

That second point has been measured. A 2026 study gave 100 cases to four AI chatbots. When the same case was asked again on the same chatbot, minutes later, the top remedy changed half the time. Either way, the prescription is yours. The real question is whether the software can still show you, six months later, why the list looked the way it did. We explain our thinking in why we don’t put an AI in the prescribing seat.

Who should buy what

An honest map, including when the answer is not us:

• You want the biggest library, and you already manage records another way. A one-time repertory licence is a fair buy. RadarOpus is where Synthesis lives. Zomeo bundles 43 repertories and over a hundred materia medica books. Used for ten years, a one-time price works out cheaper than most subscriptions.
• You are a student, or you only want a repertory. Complete Dynamics has a free Browser edition, and its Practitioner edition at ₹9,599/year is good value. Our scholar plan at ₹149/month is the option if you want the books searchable on your phone, offline, in English and Devanagari.
• You run a chain of clinics. HomeoAxis’s Growth and Chain tiers are built for that. Our Clinic plan covers up to four doctors in one clinic, not a chain.
• You want AI to suggest remedies with a confidence score. HomeoAxis and HomeoAI both sell that. We don’t, on purpose, so we would be the wrong choice.
• You want to run the whole clinic in one subscription — records, repertorisation, prescriptions, follow-ups and a patient app. That is exactly what Homoeoclinics is for.

One published study of an automated remedy finder found no match at all with the practitioner’s choice in 41% of cases. That is why we keep the machine out of the verdict.
• Your case notes stay with us. They are read by our own software on our own servers, and never sent to an outside AI service.
