Choosing homoeopathy practice software in India (2026)

Two different products are sold under one label, and most buying mistakes in this market are made before a single demo — by comparing a library against a clinic. Here is the whole landscape, with every price sourced and dated.

Disclosure first: we make Homoeoclinics, one of the products on this page. We think a comparison written by a vendor can still be useful if every claim about everyone — including us — carries a source and a date, and if it says plainly where a competitor is the better buy. That is what this page tries to be. If any figure here has gone stale, tell us and we will correct it.

"Homeopathy software" is two different products

Search any marketplace for homoeopathy software and the results mix two categories that solve different problems:

Repertory software is the library. Hompath's Zomeo, RadarOpus, Complete Dynamics, Similia, Synergy and CARA are, at their core, digitised repertories and materia medica with analysis tools on top. Some bundle a patient-management module, but that module is an appendix to the books, not the product. These are typically sold as one-time desktop licences — ₹33,898 to ₹90,000 — or, more recently, as reading subscriptions.

Practice-management software is the clinic. HomeoAxis, HomeoAI, HomeoNetix, Dotphi, Clinicea and others handle appointments, patient records, billing and messaging. Almost none of them carries a real classical repertory corpus; where remedy help exists at all, it is usually an AI suggestion layer rather than a browsable, citable set of classical books.

The distinction matters because the two are priced, licensed and used completely differently — and because a practice needs both halves. A repertory licence does not remind a patient about a follow-up; a clinic system does not tell you what Kent graded under a rubric. Most of the confusion in this market comes from marketplaces ranking both kinds on one list, as if they were substitutes.

Every option, priced and sourced

Prices below are as published on the linked source on the date shown. One-time licences and subscriptions are not directly comparable — a one-time licence you use for five years can cost less per month than a subscription, and we say so in the pricing article, where the arithmetic is worked through.

Not in the table, deliberately: SAMPaRK Dr (its website was unreachable when we checked on 31 August 2026, so its pricing could not be verified), reseller figures for Zomeo seen on IndiaMART (₹80,000 — reseller listing, not verified against the vendor), and undated RadarOpus package tiers circulating on reseller pages. We would rather leave a row out than print a number we could not check. Several of the marketplace "top 10" roundups you will find for these queries are affiliate pages; at least one discloses that it may receive compensation for its recommendations. Treat them accordingly.

Who should actually buy what

An honest map, including the cases where the answer is not us:

  • You want the deepest possible library and you already run your records some other way. A one-time repertory licence is a fair buy. RadarOpus is where Synthesis lives; Zomeo bundles 43 repertories and over a hundred materia medica books. If you will use it for a decade, the one-time price amortises to less than most subscriptions.
  • You are a student, or you want a repertory subscription and nothing else. Complete Dynamics' Browser edition is free, and its paid Practitioner edition at ₹9,599/year is strong value for a repertory-only tool. Our scholar plan at ₹149/month is the alternative if you want the corpus searchable on a phone, offline, in English and Devanagari.
  • You run a chain of clinics with staff roles and multi-branch workflows. HomeoAxis's Growth and Chain tiers are built for that shape; our Clinic plan covers up to four doctors in one clinic, not a chain.
  • You want AI to propose remedies with a confidence score. HomeoAxis and HomeoAI both sell exactly that. We deliberately do not — see below — so if a scored recommendation is what you want, we are the wrong product.
  • You want to run the clinic — records, repertorisation, prescriptions, follow-ups, a patient app — in one subscription. That is what Homoeoclinics is for, and the rest of this page is the honest version of our pitch.

Where Homoeoclinics fits

We are the clinic, with the library inside. One subscription — ₹999/month for a solo practice — covers patient records, case notes written in your own shorthand, repertorisation across a rich set of classical repertories (Kent, Knerr, Gentry, Boger–Boenninghausen, the Therapeutic Pocket Book, Boericke, Boger's General Analysis, and Clarke's Clinical Repertory), prescriptions with PDFs on your clinic's letterhead, dose and follow-up reminders, appointment booking — including online consultations over Google Meet — a patient app, and your clinic's own website with hosting included. There are no modules to add on and no per-feature metering.

Three positions we hold that are worth knowing before you compare:

  • No remedy recommendations, no confidence scores. Homoeoclinics is not a diagnostic product. What repertorisation returns is clinical reference — rubrics and remedies for you to verify before prescribing, never a decision made for you. A peer-reviewed comparison of an automated remedy finder against practitioners' actual choices found no remedy overlap at all in 41% of cases analysed. That study is about the category, not any one product — but it is why we keep the machine out of the verdict.
  • Case notes never leave our infrastructure. They are read by our own software on our own servers, never sent to a third-party AI service.
  • We are not the cheapest. HomeoAI's Starter tier matches our ₹999, HomeoNetix's Solo Lite works out to roughly ₹558/month before GST, and HomeoAxis has a ₹416.58 tier. What ₹999 buys here is everything in one price, including the classical corpus — a thing no practice-management competitor in the table carries.
