Zomeo (Hompath) vs Homoeoclinics

Two different kinds of product that meet in the same search results: Zomeo is a one-time desktop repertory suite; Homoeoclinics is a monthly clinic platform with the classical repertories inside. Which one you need depends on which problem you are buying software for.

We make Homoeoclinics. Every claim about Zomeo below carries a public source and the date we read it; where their pages do not state something, the cell says "not published" rather than guessing. Hompath is an Indian company with decades in this field, and this page compares — it does not disparage.

What Zomeo's own customers say

We will not characterise their support or quality — their marketplace reviews are public and you should read them yourself: Zomeo's Techjockey review page showed a 3.6/5 aggregate when we checked on 31 August 2026. One review from July 2025, titled "A good product in wrong hands", reads in part: "Lack of professionalism and pathetic customer care … after they get money, they give you a damn." Reviews are individual experiences, not a verdict; the same page carries positive ones. They are quoted here because a ₹45,000–₹90,000 one-time purchase makes after-sales support part of the price.

When Zomeo is the better choice

Honestly: if what you need is the library, Zomeo is a fair buy. It bundles far more books than we do — 43 repertories, all in one licence — and that one-time purchase, used over a decade, amortises to a few hundred rupees a month, less than any subscription including ours. A practitioner who wants maximum corpus breadth on a desktop they own outright, and who already manages the clinic some other way, is Zomeo's customer, not ours.

When Homoeoclinics is

If what you need is to run the clinic — the case record that answers "what did I give last time, and at what potency", the follow-up that gets scheduled and chased, the patient who books and gets reminders on their own phone, the prescription PDF on your letterhead — then a desktop repertory suite leaves you keeping the bound register beside it, and you are paying ₹90,000 for shelves. Our classical repertories (Kent, Knerr, Gentry, Boger–Boenninghausen, Therapeutic Pocket Book, Boericke, Boger's General Analysis, Clarke's Clinical Repertory) live inside the case-note workflow: you write findings in your own shorthand and they are matched to rubrics, shown as a list you check — clinical reference to verify, never a remedy chosen for you, and never a confidence score. Case notes are read by our own software on our own servers and never sent to a third-party AI service.

We are also not the cheaper option in every sense: over ten years, Zomeo's one-time price beats a subscription. The honest summary is that the two products answer different questions, and the table above is what each answer costs.
