RadarOpus is the professional's library, built and priced like one — Synthesis on the desktop, decades of lineage, sold through distributors. Homoeoclinics sells something else: the clinic, monthly, with a rich set of classical repertories inside. One concession up front makes the rest of this page easier to trust: Synthesis is not in our product, and if Synthesis is what you want, RadarOpus is where it lives.
We make Homoeoclinics. Every claim about RadarOpus below carries a public source and the date we read it; where a figure could not be verified, the cell says so rather than guessing.

A note on time zones
One of RadarOpus's longer published reviews — from a two-year user, rated 2.5/5 — is a support-hours complaint: "the support from Europe can't answer until middle of the night … support from North America is never available" (Techjockey reviews, read 31 August 2026). That reviewer is Western; the relevance to an Indian buyer is structural rather than damning: RadarOpus is a European product supported from European hours, and Homoeoclinics is built and run in India. We make no promises about our support beyond that fact — judge us on it once you have something to judge.
When RadarOpus is the better choice
If your work runs on Synthesis — you cite it, you teach from it, your repertorisation style is built around its structure and its additions — then RadarOpus is not replaceable by us, and this page will not pretend otherwise. The same holds for a researcher or serious student of the repertory literature who wants the deepest professionally-maintained corpus available: that is what RadarOpus has spent four decades being. A one-time licence used for many years also amortises below any subscription, ours included.
When Homoeoclinics is
We sell the clinic. The case record that answers "what did I give last time, and at what potency"; the follow-up scheduled the day you prescribe and chased when it lapses; the patient booking and receiving reminders on their own phone; the prescription PDF on your letterhead; your clinic's website hosted for you. The repertories we carry — Kent, Knerr, Gentry, Boger–Boenninghausen, the Therapeutic Pocket Book, Boericke, Boger's General Analysis and Clarke's Clinical Repertory — are classical texts searched as one corpus from inside the case note, and what they return is clinical reference for you to verify before prescribing: a list, never a decision, never a confidence score. Case notes are read by our own software on our own servers, never sent to a third-party AI service.
₹33,898 buys a serious library. ₹999 a month runs a practice. They are different purchases, and plenty of practitioners will sensibly own both kinds of tool.
